Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Nullifying a QDRO upon remarriage

I have remarried the same woman I divorced several years ago. We would like to nullify the QDRO that applies to my employer's pension plan that was put in place when we originally divorced. What's the easiest way to do that (besides hiring a lawyer)?

The easiest way is to hire a lawyer to modify the judgment of the court. The other choice is to look up these procedures in your law library which involves family law, civil procedure and legal drafting.
