Texas limits grounds for annulments.

You can read the Texas Family Code on-line for the grounds of annulment in Texas.

For example, if your were drunk when you got married and immediately filed for annulment that would be ok.

Just because you made a mistake is not enough for an annulment in Texas.

Once an annulment is filed it is a pretty quick process.
