Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I'm trying to obtain custody of my two month old son, he primirally resides with me,his mother, but his father wants full custody,the father has an EPO placed on him till september. How would I be my own lawyer in this matter and how would i beable to obtain the full custody? and does the EPO matter in this case?

You want to be your own lawyer?
And if you break your arm, do you want to be your own doctor?
You can't represent yourself in this kind of case. Get a lawyer. If you don't, you'll lose. You'll be chewed up and mangled.
