How can I obtain a free lawyer

My finacial income is none and my husband does not help me or my kids?

Try Texas Legal Services Center or Northwest Texas Legal Aid. They will be able to send you a referral if you qualify. If you do not qualify for their programs, they may have an appropriate agency to send you to.
