Can I Obtain a payment record of the Child support payments my mother has received? I am 20 yrs old and dont live with my mother but she still receives checks. She tells me she doesnt receive anything and my father tells me he sends money so I am confused and dont know who to believe. My father is backed up on his Child Support so he still owes money for my brother and I. l live with my grandparents. legally what can I do?

The money belongs to your mother. The child support money does not belong to you.

Technically, the issue is between your parents and not you.
