Obtaining sobpena's

Have been divorce for over a year & we have joint custody. About to go to court but cannot afford an attorney so I am looking at representing myself & getting documents prepared thru ''The Attorney Connection''. My question is how can I go about obtaining a subpena for my cell phone text messages & her her mental records as she has been hospitalized twice for severe depression w/scicotic features? Is this something I can do myself or do i need an attorney?

Sounds like you really need an attorney. It doesn't get much more complicated than a seriously contested custody matter.
