Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

October 31st will be 2 years ago that I was divorced and my ex got the boat. Well, he has not come to pick it up as of yet. We do not communicate in any form. Can I sell the boat??

No, he has title to the boat based on the decree I assume. So, you cannot sell it. Send him a certified letter that you are going to consider it abandoned property and that you are going to file a suit to have title transferred to you. Maybe he will come get it then.
