What are the odds of a father that changed his financial situation voluntarily, decreasing his child support ?

If a person is purposely under-employed, the judge can keep the child support the same.

I once heard of an engineer that quit his job & started bagging groceries. The judge refused to reduce his child support.

But if a person lost their job and cannot find a similar job and takes a lower paying job, then the judge will probably reduce his child support.
