Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

older homemaker and self employed spouse

I'm over 50 and my husband of 35 years wants a divorce. He has hidden all of our financial information from me and removed me from all accounts. Many years ago he insisted I stay home with our children full time, so he would be free to take care of our business, and now that we're neaing retirement age, wants to leave me. I married him right out of high school and have no job experience or college education. For the last 15 years, our income has been well over $100,000. We own our home but he says we have absolutely no savings. I think he's lying but have no proof. Should I agree to a divorce or should I stay put and wait until I know more about what he's up to? He has not filed for a divorce yet, but talks about it constantly.
