open adoption gone wrong

i gave my son up for adoption 4 and a half years ago although we agreed on an open adotion i dont think that they signed any contracts stating that- they had me sign a contract stating that i would not sue for any rights they are now avoiding me and i dont know what to do- do i have any legal say? would it even be posible for me to file for custody?

When you gave your son up for adoption your rights as a parent were terminated. Sorry, but you have no legal say and no grounds for custody.
