Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I opened an account for my nephews for lunch money. The account is listed in my name. Their mother approved it and still does. Their step mother went to the school district and had them move part of the money to her kids (I did not approve). I called the school and they agreed to put the money back but then they blocked my account. Is there anything I can do legally? The step mother according to the district nutrition person was only suppose to be a read only on the account.

Stop dealing at all with these people who play games with your money. You need to figure out a way to get this money to your nephew that doesn't involve these bumbling incompetents. In other words, your best bet is to bypass them completely.
