Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

What are my options?

I am seperated from my husband. In order to finish and pay for my last year of college, I need to fill out my financial aid, but TX does not recognize seperation, so I need his income tax forms and W-2s. I have tried to contact him for the past three months. He will not send them. His parents have even tried to ask him, and he says he will, but hasn't. What can I do to get the paperwork? With out student loans, I am very behind in all my bills. WHat are my options?

File for divorce and get temporary orders requiring him to produce the documents within 72 hours.
