Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Options/Rights!

Is it legal for a son to kick someone out of their father's home, that the son knows is doing unlawful things (drugs). Especially if the son knows that it is affecting their father's health. The father is 70 years old and is being taken advantage of by the person(s) living with them. The son lives in another city. What legally can the son do to get these people out of and away from their father's life??

If you can prove that your father is legally incompetent, you can obtain a guardianship and seek a restraining order against the person.
