Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have an order giving me sole custody. The judge ordered that the NCP would have no custody or periods of visitation. If the child and NCP want to see each other, I know the book answer is that we have to file a modification. I guess technically I would be in contempt if I let them see each other without changing the order, yes?
