order of protection for a child against an adult

How can you go about getting a legal document for a child that orders an adult to stay away from the child?

( not a parent/legal gaurdian of the child)

Re: order of protection for a child against an adult

If you can establish past violence or harm to the child, the ADA will often get a Protective Order. If not, then you will have hire a lawyer to file for a restraining order.
