Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I was ordered a judgement from my Ex, by a judge in Dallas Tx. The judge order her to pay me in full within 90 days. Which was Oct. 10,2014, She said that she would send me money every month until she was able to qualify for a bank loan. She has missed the last two months. June and July so far. What do I do? I am wanting to pressure this matter on my own. Are there certain forms that I need?
