Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

orginal petition for adoption

On the original petition of adoption section 2 you are supposed to either list a person with a court ordered relationship or state that there are no court ordered conservatorships, guardianships, or other relationships. The biological fathers rights have already been terminated, but in the order of termination my wife is appointed as the court ordered conservator. However if you list her as a person with a court ordered relationship, then none of the 3 following choices apply. Which should I choose.

Sorry, but you should choose to hire a lawyer. Adoption is a complex legal proceeding that has lifelong consequences. It is far more complex than multiple choice. You need a lawyer to prepare these documents, and guide the proceedings.
