Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

overnight boyfriends during visitation

My husband and I have custody of his daughter from a previous marriage. Her mother lives in another state. We were granted emergency custody of her 7 years ago because of her lifestyle. Her mother continues to have boyfriends spend the night during visitations. On a recent weekend trip another man spent the night, and my stepdaughter was asked to lie to us. Her therapists have sent letters to the mother telling her how detrimental this is to the child. Do we have any legal recourse in this matter? How do judges view this conduct?

You can file a Suit Affecting the Parent Child Relationship to modify the visitation in the divorce decree.
