Overpayment of child support

The AG garnishes my wages for child support. The child enlisted in the military in February, thus, ending the support obligation. My ex failed to notify the AG/Court of the enlistment and has continued to receive my garnished wages. I have notified the AG and future payments will stop. What can I do to get the overpayment refunded to me?

You'll have to take your ex back to Court.
