Can an owelty of partition be lowered if the amount agreed on was 100 percent of the equity at the time of the divorce and the agreement was made under duress?

You won't get very far in court when you claim that you made an agreement "under duress."
Was anybody pointing a gun at your head? Was somebody holding your grandson hostage in an abandoned warehouse?
The bottom line is: if you didn't want to make the agreement, you should have said "no."
