Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If I owned a house prior to getting married and after getting married put the house in my wife name because it was in my mothers name and now she wants a devorce and refuse to give me the house back what should I do.

You need to hire an attorney immediately. You have created a "mess". She is now an owner of the house.
