ownership of vehicle

how do i take my ex to court for ownership of the vehicle he gave me, then changed his mind after reciving child support order. he has two vehicles and does not support his children, he is un liscend with numerous warrants out...please help...

You will meed to do a Motion for Enforcement on the property and the child support. I suggest to get a good family law attorney to help you. It's not really a do-it-yourselfer.
