my oyfriend and i are splitting up we also have a 9 month old son i am moving to another state can i move and take my son with me without his fathers permission

You can move, if there are no court orders restricting the residence of the child. Know that if your boyfriend beats you in the race to courthouse, you may be stopped from moving, or be required to return the child. You should consult with an attorney and discuss all the facts of your case before making long-term decisions.
