I paid health insurance for child support fr0m 2001 to now does my ex have to pay of premium and if yes how do i go by getting gredit

You need to read the court order and see who was ordered to carry health insurance coverage. Also, if one of you was ordered to reimburse the other one.

Sometimes the order does not address this matter.

You might want to sit down with an attorney and have an attorney review the decree.
