I just need to know what papers to fill out for my daught to change her residence to my home.

An answer to this requires more information. If you are talking about a situation where there is a court order that your daughter is primarily with the other parent, then you would need to file a modification lawsuit. If the other parent contests it, you would have to prove that there has been a material and substantial change in circumstances and that the change would be in the best interest of the child. The older that the child is, the more likely that the court will consider the desires of the child.
