Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My paperwork states that I must pay 1/2 of uninsured healthcare expenses. My ex-wife took our child to the doctor. I have a statement from physician and a statement from insurance company showing total charges of 479.00. She paid 190.00 on that day. I also have a statement from the insurance company showing they mailed a check for 383.40 to the physician. My ex-wife is stating that I am required to pay her 1/2 of what she paid...It appears to me that she overpaid, and if I pay her half of what she paid, then she will keep what I overpay as well, and will have a credit on the account (and she'll keep that too). Am I correct in thinking that I only owe 1/2 of what is left after what the insurance company paid? Take 479.00 and subtract the 383.40, and then I owe 1/2 of that amount.
