Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

paramour

I have been living with my boyfriend for eight months, whichwe get regular visitation of his daughter. now his ex-wife is trying to take hime back to court for more visitation for her and more child support. In their original papers there was nothing that stated the living status of the other, only that neither could take said child out of state. my question is that he was served with papers and they had me listed as a paramour, and further she was asking for my annual income, can she do that?

Your income makes no difference for a child support calculation unless your boyfriend is under-employed because he is living off of your income.
