What happens to the parent who claims they have not received child support payments but have through direct deposit to her bank account.

Am not sure what you mean by 'what happens to the parent'. If you are looking to establish proof of payment, you can do so through bank records subpoenaed, or requested through discovery. At the same time, if the order specifies that direct payments are not credited to child support, you may have problems with a contempt and enforcement.
