Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

What can a parent do to make the ex pay 50% of medical expenses if it is in the decree and they refuse to pay.? Is there an option without going back to court?

Make sure you have complied with the notice provisions in the decree. If this is not done properly you can't get the money even with a lawyer. If you have done this you can file a motion to enforce. So you will probably have to go back to court.
