how to keep parent from taking child out of country

the situation is that mom and dad are under temporary orders, but mom is very sneaky and will do whatever it takes to kidnap the child and never come back. is there a way through the court system to stop this as she will violate the orders in place

Ask your attorney to request the judge to restrict the child's passport.
