Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Parental kidnapping?

My husband and I are separated.

@ weeks ago, he took both my kids (one of which isn't his), and has not allowed me to see them for 2 weeks now.

He will not tell me any information on who is keeping them, will not provide addresses, phone numbers, ect.

there is currently no custody agreement as it has not been to court yet. how can i get my kids back until the court date?

Should I file a police report?

What legal recourse do i have for getting my kids back?

Re: Parental kidnapping?

You could file a police report but it wouldn't do much good. They are his kids too (even the one you say isn't his). You could file for divorce, get a TRO to prevent him from taking the kids and set up child support. Better get a lawyer. Good Luck.
