Parental Rights

CPS terminated my rights, can I get them back? daughter is 17, Father & his parents deceased. She wasn't taken from me. They did a home study which was not recorded however the lady made several quotes that my current husband nor I made. Can I get another Home study?

CPS cannot terminate your rights, only a judge can. A judge can do that only after notice and hearing to you. Please consult directly with an attorney in your area regarding the status of this case.
