parental rights
i need to know what paperwork i need(exactly) to sign over my parental rights in tx. my ex lives in ga. with the children and has remarried, and the step father wants to adopt. i cannot afford a lawyer so i want to do this myself,where do i start?

If your ex and the step dad want to have step dad adopt, they should have their attorney supply you with a Relinquishment that meets the Georgia standards.
