Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Parental rights.

I got a married woman pregnant and now she is wanting me to walk away and forget any of this ever happened. The husband knows of the infidelity and is asking the same thing. What can I do to protect myself in the future if she then decides she wants to come after me for aid and back child support.

Agree to do only if her husband adopts the child and the court terminates your parental rights.
