Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

parenting courses

In the county my divorce is filed in we are required to complete a parenting course. I have completed mine but my husband has not. What happens when he doesnt complete this course?

Contempt of court is one option. Some courts are serious about these things, other courts try to influence people to do the right thing (as you did) but recognize that some people can, some people can't, some people will and some people won't. Maybe you have learned enough to have a positive influence on this difficult endeavor. Good Luck.
