Does the son living in the house has rights to the house if he has disabilities,if he has sibilings then what.

You need to contact an attorney that does a lot of probate law.

I can't tell where you live since there is no zip code.

Did your parents leave a will? If so, it needs to be probated.

If there is no will, then the State of Texas has determined how the estate will be distributed.
