Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My parents and my kids father's parents are threatening to take my kids away becuase they do not like my boyfriend and they said they will say they are in danger even though he has never done anything to them, we argue and fight but never when the kids are there, I am not a bad mom and my boyfriend is not a bad guy, but like alot of couples we are young and are working through our relationship. Can my kids be taken away just on their word? My ex is deceased so that is why I am scared, I heard of grandparents rights and I have never denied them the kids but they are trying to force who I see and who I dont.

Grandparents' rights in Texas are almost nonexistent and every time the legislature meets, they become weaker.

Their best bet is to call CPS, try to get CPS to do a removal and foster home placement, and then line up as the best foster parents. Don't give them what they need to make that gambit work.
