my parents is suing me at no fault

My parents and I were heading home to be dropped them off their house and it was raining and slippery so I got to an accident and totaled my truck and my parents and I head to the hospital. My father and I were ok but my mother had hurt her knee again from another accident she had in the past. I had witnesses it was an accident and at no fault. Can she get money from the settlement on the insurance and sue me failure on family relations and the accident that we had but if I was with her when we were on the accident how is that failure on family relations?

I don't know what this "failure on family relations" is, but it sounds like something we're all guilty of at some time or another. Your mother can sue you for your negligence in the operation of the motor vehicle. Very few accidents are "no fault". Wise up and try to help your mother.
