Can parolees get behind on child support?, and if there is a past of family violence from him what are my chances of getting supervised visits?. I have pressed charges...

Yes, parolees can accrue arrearages. You would file a Motion to Modify, requesting restricted and/or supervised possession and access. The court will usually order supervised possession and access at a designated facility, if you can prove the past harm, or probable future harm to the child.
