Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
If both parties agree, can I get the words non-modifiable child support written into the divorce decree? We are not going through the Attorney General. My ex has a lawyer to do the paperwork.

No. Such a provision would be void as being against public policy. In other words, you can put those words in the decree, but they have no effect.
