If both parties in a divorce without children and assets under $50,000, cand one party receive relief from the other party's Social Security income?

Are you asking for part of the other person's Social Security as spousal support? Or are you asking if you can draw on the other party's Social Security once you retire?

The answer to the first question is YES, if you meet all the requirements for spousal support in Texas and the judge allows it.

The answer to the second question is YES-IF and should be posed to the Social Security Administration. Just call them.
