Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

all parties involved and court are in Texas. Paternity was established through a default judgment. I am NCP. I dont know if I was on original birth certificate. I have a child support order that has been in place for 3 years. All payments are current. I have nothing to do with child or mother other than make payments. Recently had a CSRP meting to make adjustment to order. During interview mother told case worker that she has changed childs middle name. I saw the new birth certificate and I am not on it.

Questions. Can she change the name without my consent? Can I get copies of the paperwork that was filled with vital statistics? If she lied on paperwork to avoid my consent, can this be used as grounds for dismisal of child support case? (Example, if she said I was dead or could not be found, can this be used to show a court that she is admiting that I am not the father?)
