Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I would like to get a passport for my daughter, but have been unable to locate her father, (my ex-husband), for him to sign off on the form. Is there any way to get a passport if the other parent is

ubable to be found? Even the Texas Attorney General cannot locate him, he is way over ten thousand behind in child support.

You can go back to the Judge and ask the Judge to allow a passport to be issued without the dad's permission.
