Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Paternity and child support

I am not well educated. My x-wife went to work for attorney and she said a judge said I had to pay child support on a child that is someone elses. She goot pregnant while we were married. I had a vasectomy, dr told us I was not the father, I am not listed on the birth certificate. Actually now I find the judge did not order this, she filed the paper as an agreement. Can this matter be rectified

Re: Paternity and child support

If a Court has determined you to be the father of a child through a final order and the time to contest it has passed then you are the father of that child.

You need to take care of this matter immediately.

You need to ask for a paternity test if one has not been done yet.
