Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Paternity Results
''The probability of paternity, assuming a 50% prior chance, is 99.99%.'' What does ''50% prior chance'' mean? The results say that he can not be excluded as the father, but he's insisting they're inconclusive due to that sentence!

Re: Paternity Results
Without more information, I cannot tell what the phrase meant. If it is a court order, and paternity is established, it doesn't matter what he insists.
