paternity he signed but he isn't

My husband signed 4 birth certificates of the 4 children we have 1st and 4th are not his 1st is 9 yrs old 4th is 1 yr old.He now is claiming to press charges on me for fraud.Can that happen and what else can happen?How do I or what do I do to change the 4th's birth certificate?What rights does the natural fathers have v's my husband-we are getting a divorce.
