Paternity test

An ex-girlfriend cheated and we broke up.She called me in march of this year and told me she was pregnant and she had the baby on May the first. she wants to put child support on me but during the time she got pregnant she was having sex with me and another man.My question is is there a way i can get a paternity test without having to come out of my pocket just to find out it's not my child?

You can go to TEXAS ATTORNEY GENERAL's office and see if they will do it.

If you are the father, you will have to pay for the test.
