Paternity test post termination of paternal rights
Seven years ago, a woman accused me a being the father of her child. She wanted me to help raise the child, but I said that I would not because I did not believe that it was mine. Based the fact that I knew of multiple people that she had intercourse with after we did, I said that I wanted to have a paternity test performed. She got very mad and threatend to sue me for all of the alimony and childsupport she could get out of me. I was young, poor, in college and very scared so I wanted to do whatever it took to not get sued. Still believing that it wasn't my child, I signed termination of paternal rights documents after the child was born.
I have moved on with my life, but still want to have the test taken. I contacted the mother about having a test performed, but she would not agree. She is married with more children, and I believe that the outcome of the test would disrupt her life.
Is there any way that I can force her to have a paternity test performed? Possibly by disputing the legitimacy of the termination of paternal rights because I am potentially not the father?

You have signed away all of your rights. You cannot force any one to do anything. Live with it. Six years is way longer that any statute of limitation on time to file an appeal.
