Paternity

I have a 2 year old daughter and the father named on her birth certificate is not her biological father. What action do I need to take to get it changed

You will have to have a Waiver of Interest in the child by the person you named on the birth certificate. You will also have to have an Acknowledgement of Paternity by the person you want to be on the birth certificate. This might require a DNA test by all parties. Some judges might be reluctant to decide this issue on the basis of sworn documents.
