Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Do I have to pay for her attorney?

She wants to take me back to court be for Christmas, for the vistion. For the past couple of years we were alternating holidays, but a month ago she changed the rules. Now that do not fit her she wants to go back to the old way. I told her no that we will go by what is in the papers. So she said she would take me to court to get it her way, and she was going to partition the court to make me pay for her attorney. Is she able to do that.

She can petition for a modification. Not sure about other counties, but the ones around here, absent an emergency, will not set the case for hearing before Christmas. She can ask for attorney fees, but unless there are extraordinary circumstances, and if you are acting reasonably, the court probably won't order it.
